kijiji Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kijiji platform at kijiji.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Accounts found to be registered by ineligible individuals will be suspended, and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the kijiji platform. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password — confidential. kijiji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. You should also change your password without delay. kijiji may temporarily suspend your account while investigating any suspected security breach.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using kijiji, you agree that you will not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or international regulations.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in ways not expressly permitted.
- Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Abuse promotions by creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms, or engaging in matched betting or bonus abuse schemes.
- Post or transmit offensive, abusive, or harassing content through any communication feature on the platform.
kijiji reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate against users who breach these obligations, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Payments and Transactions
All account transactions on kijiji — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
Deposits are generally processed promptly through supported payment channels. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take additional processing time. kijiji reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
Promotions and bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are displayed at the time of each offer. Players are responsible for reviewing bonus conditions — including wagering requirements — before opting in. Misuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
kijiji does not guarantee any specific outcome from gaming activities. Past performance of any game or bet type does not indicate future results.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law

kijiji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these terms, identity misrepresentation, or violation of applicable law. The kijiji platform may reference or integrate third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. kijiji is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
